Our Classes

Inner Winter - Menses

Yoga, Meditation, Mat Pilates, Gentle Flow Reformer Pilates. We recommend outdoor walks during this time and to up your iron and vitamin C intake. Estrogen is lowest. This is a time for self-care and reflection.

Inner Summer - Ovulatory

A mix of strength training combined with high intensity reformer Pilates. During this time, our oestrogen peaks so we recommend taking advantage of this extra energy. This is your time to shine. You go girl!

Inner Fall - Luteal

Reformer and Mat Pilates. Moderate Intensity. This is a great time to incorporate walks in where possible. Progesterone rises. Journaling & practicing gratitude in this phase will prepare you for the winter.

Inner Spring - Follicular

Strength and resistance training. Power Yoga. Cardio. During this phase, we recommend incorporating runs and socialising as our energy rises coming out of your inner winter. You may also feel extra creative during this time, the world is your canvas. Create something beautiful.
